Well, you probably used php.ini-dist for Apache, and php.ini-optimized for IIS. Either
way, send further questions to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]

error_reporting E_ALL.

How can I check this or set it the same as Apache? Both versions of Apache and IIS
are the default installations, so nothing to my knowledge has been modified in this
area.

I bet the Apache box has error_reporting E_ALL &~ E_NOTICE while the IIS box has
error_reporting E_ALL.

RTFM, please.

The following script works in Apache but not in IIS

<?
  if ($test=="testval") { print("Success"); }
?>

Apache treats the variable $test as a null variable but IIS throws a error:

Warning: undefined variable test in [script] in line 2

Depending on what follows, it will usually output something like what you were testing
for/wanted except that it has the error in front of it.

This is with the standard PHP windows installer. CGI version.
