Sorry if this has already been dealt with, but
I just got bit on the ass pretty hard and there's nothing
in the bug db about it...
the default location for php.ini has been /usr/local/lib
for as long as I can recall.
An install of a snapshot from this morning puts the
default location as /usr/local/etc
Was this intended?
