Uhm, I'm still testing this patch on my laptop (I added a
--with-layout option that is "PHP" by default, but you can set it to
"GNU" to get the "new" defaults). Sorry for being a bit slow, I'm
spending most of my spare time transforming the "jungle" outside my
house to something more lawn-ish these days. :-)
