I just tried the latest snapshot.

Now everything works.

One last strange thing:
The shared imap extension used to be called "imap.so". Now it's called
"imap.a". Personally, I don't care, but maybe it will cause some
confusion and a new wave of bug reports because people aren't aware that
their php.ini files need to be adjusted.
