Just tried it again, and now it compiles strtoll.c with a
compiler error. This is odd. Making a clean rebuild gives an
error, but when I just build (without cleaning up from the
previous - failed - try to build it compiles.
(I'm now trying to resolve a linkage error. MSVC can't resolve
symbol _bc_out_num in function _pn, and I can't fine _bc_out_num
and _pn on lxr.php.net)
