I guess so. I had problem with zlib output compression. 4.2.0-dev 
does not have the problem now, but 4.1.0RC still do...

BTW, the problem is crash bug...

If there is build tracker, it would help to improve release 
quality. For example, iconv is broken in 4.0.6 even if it can be 
catched by the test script.
