If you insisted so much and it did not change that person, could it be because you are not expressing clearly to him? The guy is Brazilian, so could it be because he is not a native english speaker is not quite understanding what you mean? Have you tried talking to him in Portuguese or asked some Portuguese speaking person to help explaining the guy the right way to post his messages?
