Well, you can bet there are people running it on amigas and ataris,
just because they can, not neccessarily because it is practical.
In the real world, I think it is quite possible that PHP would be
running on embedded coldfire systems, as Rasmus hinted recently on
php-dev in talk about bundled regexp libraries.
As to who these people are, I couldn't say.
