I believe that 'fixed in CVS' should be changed then. As the versioning scheme was changed (against my opinion), the bugs database has to be consistent with it. Instead of 'fixed in CVS', which is now meaningless, there should be 'fixed in the next bug-fix release' or 'fixed in the next semi-major release'.
