Hi Jani, Just a heads up - I now need to
"./configure ... --with-gd --with-zlib --with-zlib-dir ..." whereas before these last few gd config patches I only needed "./configure ... --with-gd --with-zlib ..." to get zlib linked with gd/php correctly.
