Indeed you are right. Paul's choice of "courtroom wording", leading up to the
lynch mob "hang me" phrase versus the statements at the start of the thread
stated they will vote yes to an expulsion vote.

Quite honestly, I have not seen a CoC that would cover what is currently being
discussed to a degree of certainty sufficient to have a clear guide line how to
react. In the end this boils down to being able and willing to compromise,
adapt on both sides. But as stated before expulsion imho is not a solution,
especially for a standards body (I would maybe have a different POV for an
library/framework/application open source project).
