Embracing the PHP-Community is one of the things I try with the different projects I'm maintaining. Whether thats the list of PHP-Usergroups to enable everyone interested in finding like-minded people or or an accumulated list of CfPs to allow speakers to easily find their target audience to spread their passion for development. And besides that, with an abandoned PSR-8 my shirt[1] wouldn't be as much fun as it is now :) I'm sure that only qualifies for the second half of "specialist knowledge in the field, or it should be relevant to their project/work".
