Thank you to all who helped, I have it working, well sort of. I now get the form but when I fill it in I get URL cannot be found on this server. The pages are there but it looks like i am not communicating with the database and the email is not being sent. I am now getting cross-eyed looking at all this code. Maybe I should get someone to do my website and I should stick to solving windows problems instead.
