[PHP] Error with ldap

PHP 4.0.2 on Win32
or PHP 3 on Win32
extension=php_ldap.dll   is on in the php.ini file

I get 'Unable to load php_ldap.dll' (PHP4) when I call a php file ?
I get 'Call to an unsupported function ldap_connect()' (PHP3)  ?

Help please ?
