Well, since you ask, erratum is the singular and errata the plural. Other words ending 
-um and derived from Latin behave similarly (datum, data; stadium, stadia; consortium, 
consortia; etc.).

(There are also words in English derived from Greek which have singular ending -on and 
plural ending -a -- notably criterion/criteria.  Microsoft doesn't understand this, 
and gets it tooth-jarringly wrong all over Excel and its help files.)
