I generally would not do this, but I have an urgent need and this group has seen everything; I need two USB ports on a system to have the same channel. I continue to STFW but have not come upon something like this yet. The application is for softphones in a call center environment, the headsets to be used are USB headsets...having two USB ports on the same channel would allow supervisors to plug-in and listen to a call with a call center rep. Anyone heard of anything like this? I appreciate any clues and nuggets.
