Hi Dan,
If you have a login system with this form you could set a variable
when John is logged in and then do a query more like: AssignToken=1
AND loggedin=TRUE... Then assume anyone that is not logged in is
either out of the office or on vacation? Save a little bit of time
dealing with HR and not keeping track of everyones vacation days and
days off :)
