This is probably not what you want but I found at http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.configure.php something like that:
--with-ibm-db2[=DIR] Include IBM DB2 support. DIR is the DB2 base install directory, defaults to /home/db2inst1/sqllib. Maybe you can make use of it, I don't run IBM DB2.
