What do you want to know?
Is my ISP offering mysql ? Is it available to me ? Is it installed on this particular server ? WHAT? If you would like to use MySQL, you should have *access* to a mysql server. If you don't know a username and password, you probably haven't. And as you say it, you connected to your *web* server.
