I suppose you haven't looked around much. Those features are fairly typical. Besides what really matters is that the host has what you need at the lowest price. I spend $10/mo for 350MB space, 20GB/mo transfer, PHP, 10 MySQL dbs, anon FTP, CGI/Perl, SSL, SSI, SSH login, unlimited email, and more.
