Allow a period, too, for names like "St. Laurent"
"^[-a-zA-Z0-9' .]+$"

Again, periods for "Ave."
"^[-a-zA-Z0-9#' .]+$"
> City: Just '  ??

I'd allow space and period, too, for "Ft. Gordon" for example.

"^[-a-zA-Z0-9' .]+$"
