You can use PHP, of course. ODBC or COM.

Here is an example some program automatically created that shows how to
connect to and query an Access database:

$conn = new COM("ADODB.Connection") or die("Cannot start ADO");
$conn->Open("Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};Dbq="
.realpath("datab/test.mdb"). ";Password=;");
$SQL="SELECT COUNT(*) AS Count FROM test";
$countx = 0;
$rs = $conn->Execute("$SQL");
while (!$rs->EOF) {
$countx = $rs->Fields("Count");
