I don't have any code written for this - the main reason being that I don't totally understand all of the issues associated with I18N. Do you know of any comprehensive list of items/strings that must be considered when attempting to produce a locale independent app?
I think it would be great to start some sort of requirements gathering via this list - I know I would benefit greatly, as would others who get these mailings. If you are interested, please let me know and I'd be willing to participate in putting together requirements and possibly writing some code too. Maybe this list is not the place to do this, but I wanted to suggest it and see if others are interested.
