[PHP-INSTALL] DOM support

I have just tried to enable DOM support for PHP 4.3.1  on Apache 1.3.24 on 
WIN 2K. the php_domxml.dll is present in the PHP/extensions directory but 
Apache gives an error:-

Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic link library 
C:\PHP\extensions\php_domxml.dll - The specified module could not be found.

Can anyone advise me on what is wrong here?
