I took this site over (which I hate to do), the ads in the top were at one time rotating ads... but for some reason they are no longer rotating... I have not changed anything in this area but one ad photo, which is the blackeyed katy ad in the top left corner.
The site is www.southboundbeat.com could someone please tell me what to do... and where I went wrong.
