Phill,

  Like I said, I have the code in there already and it works fine when I don't
use "www" before my domain name.

  So, when I type http://broadswordsolutions.com it works great, but when I
type http://www.broadswordsolutions.com it doesn't work.

  Anyone have any idea why?

  Jeff

If you do a quick google search for "shortcut icon" you'll find loads
of links telling you what to do. In short you need to add the
following to the head section of your page(s).

<link rel="shortcut icon" HREF="http://www.mydomain.com/favicon.ico";>
