Hi Bob Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with them. I have been using them for over a year now and not had a single problem with them. I pay via paypal as well, and the only problem I had was paypal messing up my payments.
When my site went down due to this, UKHost4U were timely in their response and my site was back up immediately. Don't let one bad experience cloud your judgement with them. Mark...
