I have been posting results to windows.php.net and PFTT has been
downloadable from windows.php.net for a while, it may just be not well
known that its already on *.php.net.

Yes, I am willing to move my repo from github.com/OSTC/PFTT2 to git.php.net.

Let me know if you need any information from me to help to that.

I don't know if I have karma to patch qaweb, so please check that.

Again, though this is already on part of .php.net, that's probably not well

contributed to the argument above, which was certainly not my intention. I
just want to help out with PHP core and the PHP community.
