Hopefully I am in the right place for such question. Are all PHP under the Public License? I just purchased a theme from Bludomain and since I did not like the look of the mobile version I was trying to modify it by adding some css tags to the php files. I was informed by Bludomain (after asking for some advice) that I am not allowed. I thought PHP files are always open source but I am no layer. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
