Hmh? Not really no. Which timezone people are in, or when people are
active isn't relevant. Everyone on this list are open source
contributors and know what that means and involves and are perfectly
used to it.

Having some grand idea of what "finished" means has proven not to work
and requires more work then we have to spare.
Incremental updates, and checking which stuff works out and what
doesn't, is pretty much the only way to go.
