Hola, I'm looking to get people.php.net a bit more up to date. I've found a couple of small bugs with it and it's looking a bit dated. I personally think it would be great if we could 'pretty' it up a little, as I don't think it will take much work to do so. I am thinking something along the lines of Mozillians (https://mozillians.org - the same sort of idea but for Mozilla volunteers).
I was going to start by cleaning up any bugs I could find. I found one after a couple of minutes of tinkering last night, adding links to the 'About Me' section in markdown simply appends the link to the current URL, leading to 404s (http://people.php.net/"http://google.com"; for example). Eventually getting the styling of the site in line with the new PHP site and potentially adding in some more features.
