Removed bold style on em; this is mostly important for the wiki, but
always making 'italic' also bold is overwhelming.
Noooooooooooooo. The bold-and-italic <em> style for the docs makes a huge
improvement (IMO) in emphasizing its contents. If you really want to "fix"
it for the wiki then go ahead, but I for one would love it to remain on the
main site.
If this does what I think it does (for the <emphasis> tag), then I vote in favor
of italic-only.
