I made some tests with my friends and results are different. It works fine for one of my friends and another one has problem like mine. Anyway, this is how wiki.php.net looks for me - http://sobak.pl/img/other/php-wiki-bug.png - just no shared CSS. So I opened source and clicked link "https://shared.php.net/styles/defaults.css"; and my Firefox reports this error http://sobak.pl/img/other/php-wiki-bug2.png In English it could be something similiar to "An error occured while connnecting to shared.php.net /Certificate has been revoked".
