Anyway, this is how wiki.php.net looks for me - http://sobak.pl/img/other/php-wiki-bug.png - just no shared CSS. So I opened source and clicked link "https://shared.php.net/styles/defaults.css"; and my Firefox reports this error http://sobak.pl/img/other/php-wiki-bug2.png In English it could be something similiar to "An error occured while connnecting to shared.php.net /Certificate has been revoked".
