I have some doubts if our downloadable manual in Chunked XHTML format
has valid styles.

Is it supposed to look like this? It seems that PhD is unable to fetch
proper stylesheets and falls back to default styling.
I've encountered same problem trying to build manual locally
(https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=67638) and quick research in Google
shows me that this error also occurred many times on PHP.net

Is it expected result?
