Did we ever try to style the downloadable manuals?
We surely didn't do that with the bightml as that is supposed to be a
single file download.
Unsure with the chunked one, does it actually referred to a stylesheet?

Its very little used feature anyway so doesn't gain a lot of attention
when it breaks.
Feel free to include a stylesheet there if you feel thats good.
