Usually people register for 3 reason: 1, they don't know that registering doesn't give them anything by default. 2, they register because they want write a new rfc or contribute to an existing one but they don't have a php.net account already(people with php.net accounts can already log into the wiki and edit any wiki page). 3, some people register explicitly for getting voting karma, which we don't hand out to new wiki registrants but gained together with the php.net account after some contribution to the project. -- Ferenc Kovács @Tyr43l - http://tyrael.hu
