Sorry to bother you... seems like I did not get it. I figured you could give my
wiki account write rights as well without the need of a php.net account. (why
can one register for a wiki account otherwise?)
I do not have an php.net account and I guess I do not get one before I
contributed something to php-src, right?
So how I am supposed to write an RFC without wiki rights?

Cheers,
Robert
