yes, I merged it yesterday. However, I have no idea why it works on
docs.php.net and doesn't work on any other mirror. Do you have any clue?

It looks like this got committed already. I figured putting off reviewing
until the weekend might be too slow. Aside from the sidebar TOC list
changes, it might be an idea to also add a little something to the version
information at the top of each function page, where we already list which
versions a function is available in.
