Makes sense! Do we have anything more we want to ship before next
release of PhD? I've read HOWTO.RELEASE and theoretically know how to
proceed, however I have no experience in releasing PEAR package. Could
you help me with that when you'll have time?

My half-remembered guess would be that the rsync box doing the builds uses
the latest tagged version of PhD, whereas the docs box uses the master in
the Git master branch. To get the rest of the docs using the new changes,
we'd need to make a new release of PhD.
