Hm, nope.

That must be one of the most confusing registration forms
I've seen in a long time.  There is no explanation of the
distinction between the two fields 'E-Mail' and 'Which email
address do you have to mail now?'.  

I guess the second means "Your current email address:", the
former is unclear though.
