Just to clarify, the PHP Foundation does not control the PHP.net website. (Who 
does? That's sort of a philosophical question right now.)

This would probably be best addressed on the internals@ list which represents 
the closest thing to a controlling entity for the PHP project at this time.


IMO it is possible to stand against Russian oppression and still support PHP-Developers living in the country that might by now not even have a possibility to get out.

And the "Statement in March" states "Vladimir Putin's Regime". Not "The Russian People".

Supporting the later in overcoming the former is a way of supporting Ukraine.
