Dear all, I have downloaded php4_0_4-win32 and tried to install it according to the instructions in install.txt, which is found in the folder README. After that, I tried to load a simple .php file with PWS but I get an error message that says "One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found." Can someone help me.
