Skip PWS and get the free Xitami Server from imatix.com. You may find
another solution to your PWS problem, however in my experience PWS can
introduce so many more problems down the line that for use in learning to
develop in PHP on a win machine, just get xitami or apache (apache is a
better server product as a whole, but I like running PHP as exe.)
