The 192.168.0.xxx range are used in Microsofts Internet Connection Sharing I believe. The host PC (the one with the actual internet connection, modem whatever) is 192.168.0.1, the rest of the computers on the network are assigned up from one, so 192.168.0.2 will be the second pc attached to the network.
