I'm not sure where this question came from, but ... Yes you can have a zero value in IP address octets. Obviously they all can't be zero. (I haven't researched it, but maybe the first cannot be zero) I suggest that 192.168.0.nnn must be THE most commonly used IP address/sub-net in the world!
