Please forgive what may be a simple question, but I sure can't figure it out.
SETUP: I am running apache 2.0.59 on Windows XP home SP2 with php 5.2.3 installed and running. PROBLEM: PHP is not seeing the config file (php.ini) in c:\windows. Running phpinfo() yields these results in the mentioned fields: Configuration File (php.ini) Path C:\WINDOWS Loaded Configuration File (none) What is going on??? I know the file is there!
