1. Your httpd.conf file shuld have lines soething like thees: "PHPIniDir "C:/Windows/" LoadModule php5_module "C:/PHP/php5apache2_2.dll" AddType application/x-httpd-php .php"

BTW, it's no longer recommended to keep it in the windows directory. See the manual setup documentation for preferred methods.
