I've been seeing this a lot also - I have my site rigged with a error routine that e-mails me the particulars for most errors - after receiving several e-mails of this type - I finally just put up a page with the same name they are looking for - with a photo of Heidi Klum 'flippin the bird'
What's interesting to me is the embedded WGET command. And that IP addr is somewhere in Poland - I think I'll modify all my pages and do a redirect back to that IP.
