Yes every month stuff would be added if there is new once to be added,
and yes db1 would get smaller when filting but also would get bigger
as every month there is new data that won't match what I am wanting

I would like to have a web interface for seting the criterias and to
upload the files but once that is done I would like as my as can to be
done by database. if this will get best prefomaces.
